In this intimate gathering, we’ll explore gentle movements designed to ground your body and soften the mind, creating space to let go and ease into relaxation. Accompanied by the comforting warmth of ceremonial cacao, we'll open the senses and invite a sense of calm and clarity.

As we settle, the soothing sounds of crystal bowls will wash over you, guiding you into a deeper state of rest. This sound bath experience is crafted to help you release lingering tension, recharge, and find a moment of true peace.

Gentle movements:
Starting our sessions with some gentle  movements to ground and soften into relaxation.

Cacao Ceremony:
Our session is accompanied by warming and nourishing cacao.

Sound Bath:
Explore deep relaxation to the sound of the crystal bowls.
